True! For me it's all about concentration. The electronic music keeps you moving beat by beat instead of getting stuck on a pixel. Rock or pop music is just too attention-demanding, subtile electronics with beats provide me with a muzak-ish background vibe that keeps me moving, working and flowing, stimulating me to make decicions 'on the rhythm' instead of getting stuck on 'em.. somewhere i read the ticking of a clock or metronome on 120bpm (=seconds..) could have the same effect.. i like the vibe and atmosphere of music more.. and it probably could provide a steady adrenalin level as well.. against dreaming away or falling asleep..
